Medakom Sdn. Bhd. is a Malaysian-based manpower and outsourcing company established to provide integrated workforce and human capital management solutions. We support client organisations with end-to-end manpower services including recruitment, placement, workforce supply, payroll administration and on-site supervision.

At Medakom, our commitment has always been rooted in discipline, integrity and long-term sustainability. For more than three decades, I have led teams across human resources, industrial operations and workforce management in Malaysia – and one thing has never changed: people are the foundation of every successful organisation.

Our approach is simple but uncompromising: we build trust, uphold standards and deliver results. Every operation under our care – from manpower deployment to compliance and workforce supervision – is guided by structured processes, responsible governance and strong operational discipline. We do not compromise on safety, compliance or workforce integrity.

My role focuses on human capital, compliance, documentation and ensuring every workforce operation stays organised and aligned with client expectations. For me, every task must be carried out with integrity, clarity and accountability so that both our clients and our workers are well supported.

With strong governance and structured management, Medakom continues to deliver reliable manpower solutions while supporting the welfare and dignity of every worker under our care. This is the foundation we uphold, and the direction I lead with.

  • 2017-2025 – Director, Medakom Sdn. Bhd. Oversees HR contracting, logistics, and strategic workforce operations.
  • 2021-2025 – Director, SS Beauty Legacy Sdn. Bhd. Supervises business design, retail & trading activities.
  • 2022-2025 – Director, Mepacom Sdn. Bhd. Manages cleaning & traditional wellness operations.
  • 2008-2015 – Administrative & Finance Roles, Indonesia. Experience in purchasing, sales & financial management.
